Tora Matsuoka
Tora Matsuoka is Managing Partner of Big Fish Hospitality Group (www.SenRestaurant.com), which includes restaurants such as Sen and Phao in Sag Harbor, New York.
The restaurant has become a successful, popular restaurant hotspot, frequented by top celebrities and foodies alike. Both Tora and Jeff are actively working to open a third restaurant on the east coast, and have plans to expand their restaurant empire.
Tora is single, and when he has a free moment you can find him at the gym, in yoga class, playing tennis or on the golf course. He is a generous businessman, supporting virtually all local causes with food donations and gift certificates. He remains a steadfast member of three local Chambers of Commerce and the Sag Harbor Business Association.
