Selection of Tour Stops – Your organization may help choose the schools the Extreme Entrepreneurship Tour visits.
Prominent On-Campus Exhibit Booth – Your organization will receive placement within our exhibit hall to engage alumni for marketing purposes and/or students for recruiting purposes. EET welcomes your organization to invite local staff to tour events.
Event Signage/Branding – Your organization will receive primary signage and branding on the extremetour.org website, tour bus (if applicable), and at each workshop, keynote address, and networking session.
Public Address Announcements – Your organization will receive public name announcements/partner support acknowledgements throughout the event.
Sponsor Comments – A representative from your organization will be able to make comments to the attendees at the beginning of the event or show a video.
Mailing List / Recruiting Database Development – Your organization will receive the first name and email address of attendees who opt-in.
Public Relations / Earned Media – Your organization’s name and logo will appear and be mentioned in all tour press releases and interviews with the media.
Website / Internet – Your organization will be featured prominently at ExtremeTour.org with product/service information, college recruiting information, and a direct link to your company’s website.
On-Campus Promotion - ExtremeTour.org will provide a comprehensive arsenal of promotional materials (signs, flyers, e-mails) for each campus to promote this event. Your organization will be featured prominently in all promotional materials.
Merchandising / Premium Items – Your organization may provide and distribute premium items on-site.
Post-Event Online Community – Your organization will be featured prominently at JourneyPage.com with product/service information, college recruiting information, and a direct link to your company’s website.
Research – Your organization will have access to post-event research (quantitative and qualitative). EET will provide your organization with a comprehensive partner binder providing a record of all deliverables and impact made.
Limited Rights to Marks – Your organization will hold limited rights to the EET logo and name to use for merchandising, promotional, and recruiting programs.
Promo Materials in Goody Bags – Your organization will be able to include sample products and/or informational material in goody bags that all attendees receive.
