Lauren Maillian Bias

Lauren Maillian Bias is a serial entrepreneur; she is the Founder and CEO of Luxury Market Branding, a strategic marketing and branding company and is a Founding Partner and Director of Operations at Gen Y Capital Partners, an early stage venture fund focused on technology inspired and enabled companies founded by exceptional young entrepreneurs. Previously, Lauren was the Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Sugarleaf Vineyards, an award winning and nationally recognized brand that Lauren created at 19 years old, making her the youngest self-made winery owner in the country.

Lauren is a marketer, brand builder and business development professional with a concentration on the creation and implementation of innovative yet strategic plans that build brand identity and increase revenue.

Lauren is very involved in various philanthropic organizations that affect youth, poverty, education, and the arts.

Lauren's work has been featured in national media outlets including Forbes, American Express OPEN Forum, UPTOWN Magazine, Business Insider, Fast Company and Black Enterprise. In 2011 she was recognized at The White House as an Empact100 honoree which lists the top entrepreneurs in the U.S. under 30.
