Sheena Lindahl and Michael Simmons are co-founders of Extreme Entrepreneurship Ed. and authors of The Student Success Manifesto. As 2005 graduates of New York University, authors, teachers, speakers, and award-winning entrepreneurs, they are able to deliver a unique perspective that connects with audiences. In 2006, Michael and Sheena were named by Business Week as one of the country's top 25 entrepreneurs under 25 and recognized in USA Today and the AOL homepage.

Using creative financing strategies, Sheena became financially independent of her parents at the age of 17 and has been able to completely pay her way through NYU’s $30,000+ yearly tuition, excel in school, work full-time at jobs she loves, co-found a business, and write a book.

Michael co-founded his first business, Princeton WebSolutions (PWS), when he was sixteen years old. PWS was later rated the #1 youth-run web development company in the nation by Youngbiz Magazine. In addition, Michael has been the winner of three entrepreneur of the year awards from the National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship, Fleet, and the National Coalition for Empowering Youth Entrepreneurship.

Liv Mansfield, Vice President, National Programs

Liv Mansfield has more than 20 years experience working with business and non-profit marketing. As Vice President, National Programs, she is responsible for enlisting schools and communities to host Extreme Entrepreneur events. Liv worked at the University of Pennsylvania for four years before joining the Extreme Entrepreneur team; at Penn Liv was responsible for strategic marketing development and implementation for more than 17 different programs based in liberal arts and science, including a part-time undergraduate degree, professional masters programs, and summer high school programs. Liv completed her undergraduate studies at Temple University and received an MBA in finance and marketing form Columbia Business School.


Robert Ortiz, Chief Operational Officer

Before joining EEEC, Robert was a Program Director for SIFE (Students In Free Enterprise) and spent 10 years in the finance and insurance industries with companies such as State Farm, Bank of America and General Electric. Over the last year, he has consulted for organizations such as Unilever, Integrated Marketing, and The Society of Success.

Robert holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and a minor in English from the University of Texas – Pan American.
