Scott Hill is the owner and CEO CIK Enterprises, a holding company which is comprised of Tri-Auto and Trace Communicatins, and handles a staff of nearly 80 employees in two locations: Indianapolis, IN and Phoenix, AZ.

In 2005, Tri-Auto was honored as Inc. Magazine’s 58th fastest growing company in the nation. Meanwhile, Trace is outpacing even Tri-Auto’s successful growth and is expected to place even higher on that list in 2007 with expected revenues of $7M in its second full year.

CIK employs a Game Management methodology to manage its business based on a unique open-book culture that Scott co-created. This has resulted in an excellent culture that has contributed to extremely low turnover, an empowered staff, and a company that was recently selected as the Best Place to Work in Indiana by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce.
