Nicolas Thomley

Nicolas Thomley is the President and CEO of Pinnacle Services, Inc. and Summit Fiscal Agency, Inc. Both organizations he founded to provide services to people with developmental disabilities. As the companies have grown they have broadened their scope of serving people with disabilities to include people with Serious and Persistent Mental Illness, Traumatic Brain Injuries and older adults. Today, these companies combined employee nearly three hundred people in the State of Minnesota and are recognized as leaders in their industry. In June of 2004 Pinnacle Services was named by Entrepreneur Magazine and Dunn and Bradstreet as number ninety-three of the one hundred fastest growing new businesses in America. Nicolas is also the CFO of Prospect Services, Inc., a 501c3 non-profit organization that provides support services to parents of children with mental health diagnoses. He has helped support these parents in their grass roots effort to increase parent leadership and advocacy for children with mental health concerns, something that is the first of its kind in the nation.

When Nicolas was founding the companies he served as a Military Policeman in the United States Marine Corps. He served briefly during Operation Enduring Freedom in Kuwait and is a veteran. In 2006 Nicolas was recognized by the Minneapolis/Saint Paul Business Journal as one of the top forty business people under forty years of age. Additionally, in 2006 Nicolas was recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the thirty coolest entrepreneurs in the country under thirty years of age.
