Luke Tipple

Luke Tipple is a marine biologist, wildlife Production consultant, Speaker and TV personality. He is also the Director for the non-profit Shark-Free Marinas.

Originally hailing from Adelaide, Australia, his travels have taken him around the globe working in positions such as tour guide, dive instructor, research scientist, trip director and sometime bar man. Currently he is based in L.A. but is most frequently found out on the waters of the Bahamas or Pacific Ocean working and diving with sharks.

He has consulted and conducted film shoots for the Discovery Channels "Mythbusters", Ushuaia Nature, Spike TV and Playboy TV. Luke is also sought after as a speaker where his subject matter, 'Sharks Don't Scare me' raises a few eyebrows and heartrates!

Although he is regularly contracted to coordinate potential life and death situations he is just as passionate about working to educate and inspire people about the beauty and science of the ocean.
