Chris Miller
Chris Miller earned a real estate broker’s license and managed a small portfolio of over $2 million worth of property all before earning dual degrees in real estate and finance from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Chris argues that college students actually have many advantages that older, wealthier real estate investors could only dream of. The reason Chris sticks with real estate... it's simple! The numbers side of the business is very easy, and the operations is as basic as a business gets. He believes that there couldn't be a better industry for someone who has the attention span of a goldfish, and there are so many easy things that can be done to offset limitations of cash and lack of experience. Today Chris is working on his MBA in Entrepreneurship at the University of Tampa while continuing to raise private capital for his real estate business in Omaha.
