Brittany Rose delivers dynamic keynote speeches, motivational presentations, and content filled articles that teach young people how to avoid the 9 to 5 job trap by creating innovative companies and teaches adults how to nurture entrepreneurs from an early age. Brittany is a dynamic young woman who knew from an early age she didn't want to follow the traditional path into the work force. She didn't know exactly what she wanted to do, but her passion for cheerleading and personal empowerment throughout high school helped guide her to a career in business and entrepreneurship. Now she helps others learn what she knows without wasting time making the same mistakes. Brittany has a passion for teaching other young people how to live a life of passion, inspiration, and true freedom.

Brittany made her dreams into a reality when she started her first company, More Than Cheer, as a sophomore at Virginia Commonwealth University. More Than Cheer is a recreational sports company that creates cheerleading and dance programs for ages 5 to 18+. Brittany has been featured in publications such as USA Today, U.S. News, Richmond Bizsense, Under30CEO.com, and various others.
